Charles Wolofsky - Managing Partner at Wolofsky PLLC

Charles Wolofsky serves as Managing Partner of Wolofsky PLLC, overseeing a full-service practice that advises entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals across multiple industries in matters of corporate and transactional law, technology transactions, commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, tax, financial law, and restructuring and reorganization.

Under Mr. Wolofsky's leadership, the firm handles complex cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and emerging technology matters. Prior to his current role, he served as CEO of Ctrl+e, where he assembled and led a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop innovative building management technology that was awarded multiple patents and earned UL certification. He also served as Head of Business Development & Operations at Boloro Global Limited, which licensed its authentication and payments technology to financial institutions, government entities and telecoms with a presence across four continents.

A graduate of Fordham Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property Law Journal and as a Dean's Fellow managing the school's ABA reaccreditation process, Mr. Wolofsky continues to serve as a founding member of the Fordham Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Council, which established the Fordham Entrepreneurial Law Center and Fordham Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. He remains actively engaged in legal education as a guest lecturer on entrepreneurial law topics, including lecturing on corporate formation, securities regulation, and technology transactions. His forthcoming article analyzing the constitutionality of the Corporate Transparency Act will be published in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.
